For Free

I was running with Meme last night. A new found good friend who I run constantly with. I always look forward to our weekly routine.We would talk endlessly! from past to present relationships,about assholes and bitches,happy or stressful events just about anything while running and panting at the same time.

Life indeed is a series of small circumstances and events,which makes it so beautiful. Through my friends, I learned to appreciate little things:

like running for free under the stars with a buddy bursting with stories to share.

Bitching about any person is a waste of time.

Sometimes it's just best to accept friends for who they are. Long time buddies turned enemies because of something really silly is such a waste.

I love my friends.

Most of the time, I don't agree with them about views on certain matters or about reactions on some actions. But it is what makes them real special. I love them for who they are and what they believe in.

At the end of the day it's the friendship that counts.

kringi!!! My partner in crime. Both of us love our Pinas. In fact, we have been traveling around our Philippines for the past few years.Funny thing is we never really travelled together,until this summer of 2006. One summer that i will never forget.

My friend way way back when we would wear waist high jeans with tucked in Giordano polo shirt(take note: the one with the frog) with matching sneakers!

I admire her in many ways.(though she could be "sabog" most of the times..hehehe)

* She's very down to earth and simple-can get along with anyone!

I'm so grateful that I have her...thanks Kring for everything,only you know what we've been through...yup!!!! ...most of it fun times!!!

Temporary Happiness

It was Miguel's birthday last night. I ate too much steak and drank too much wine. I had scoops and scoops of Ice cream and many dips of chocolate fondue!!! It was midweek but went home almost 3am in the morning.

why I like it:

1. It's free!
2. Releases stress, somehow it clears the mind
3. I can run at my own pace,fast or slow
4. I like it when blood rushes to my head after the 3rd round,when sweat starts to drip.
5. I like it when my feet starts to float.
6. I like it when i'm breathless yet still running.
7. I like running under the stars or even when it's drizzling.
8. I like the feel of "the wind" on my face.
9. Ideas comes naturally
10. I like the interesting conversations when I run with friends.
